I understand that these photos and videos may be used for purposes such as: Event promotions (social media, websites, flyers, etc.). Media coverage (news outlets and community features). Archival purposes (for future event planning or historical documentation). I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation or royalties for the use of these materials and waive any rights to inspect or approve the final product or its specific use.
