Co-directed by Claire Butterfield and Oliver Swain, The Village Choir is a genre-spanning singing community based in downtown Victoria. Meeting weekly, the choir brings together a wide range of voices to create dynamic, engaging performances. This year’s program features music by D’Angelo, Shania Twain, Imogen Heap, Earth, Wind & Fire, and Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros. Concerts are supported by an all-star band of Victoria musicians, including Ashley Wey (keys), Tyler Lieb (guitars), and Alex Campbell (percussion), and feature special guest vocalist Dawn Pemberton.
