On November 20th, The Chair in Transgender Studies will be hosting a Vigil & Visit for the International Trans* Day of Remembrance (TDOR) at Cridge Park. TDOR is a day in which we remember and honour our global Trans* community members who have lost their lives to targeted transphobic violence. The vigil will include a name reading service and a few select speeches, while the visit (located at Tré Fantastico) will be a time for community connection and support on this difficult day.
