Victoria Blues Society Presents A Celebration of Black History Month with R and B Powerhouse Nadine States and her band. Nadine is a Vancouver based singer and actress known for her soulful voice. She has been singing her whole life and is often featured in the Vancouver band Incognito. The show at Coda features Nadine backed by some of BC's best musicians.
