A one-night wine dinner showcasing exclusive Belgard Kitchen dishes paired with Vancouver Urban Winery wines, shared around the table. If you’re looking for a reason to treat yourself ( and honestly, you are ), you have to come to our first Cellar series Wine Dinner of 2026. It’s one of those nights that feels a little special from the second you sit down, cosy, delicious, and the kind of evening that’s just better shared with someone you love. We’re pairing a multi-course dinner with wines from Vancouver Urban Winery (yes our own label), where each course is designed to bring out something beautiful in the glass. These are exclusive dishes you won’t find on our regular menu, made just for this event. You’ll start with a little surprise from the kitchen (trust us), then settle into a roasted carrot & date salad paired with our bright Belle Blanche sparkling white. Next up is a dreamy scallop & fennel risotto with our crisp '55' white wine - rich, elegant, and seriously comforting. For the main course, we’re serving slow-roasted porchetta alongside a Sicilian-style potato salad with baby potatoes, artichokes, and olives, perfectly matched with our Vanbrusco (it’s fun, bold, and so good with this dish). And dessert? A silky chocolate mousse with figs, cherry, and hazelnut praline, paired with our '55' Red. All designed to be the kind of ending that makes you want to linger just a little longer.
