Yin Yoga at Heart Work offers a quiet, meditative space to slow down and listen inward.
Yin Yoga at Heart Work offers a quiet, meditative space to slow down and listen inward. This class invites you to rest deeply in longer-held poses that target the connective tissues and fascia, promoting release, stillness, and flexibility. In yin, the “force” of change is the time we spend in a pose, and each extended hold is accompanied by therapeutic wisdom, poetry, yoga philosophy, or silence. Guided by therapists who are also yoga teachers, Yin at Heart Work weaves mindfulness and emotional awareness into each shape, helping you soften both body and mind and reconnect with your inner Self.
Who this class is for:
This class is ideal for anyone craving rest, reflection, and nervous system regulation. Whether you’re healing from stress or burnout, processing emotions, or simply seeking balance from a busy life or active practice, Yin offers a sanctuary for stillness. All levels welcome.
Why join / how this class helps:
Yin Yoga + Therapy supports emotional regulation, joint mobility, and mental clarity. The slow pace allows your body to unwind habitual tension while your mind learns to rest in presence. Each class invites deep release and integration. You'll leave feeling a gentle reset for body, mind, and spirit.
What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat and water. We have props to support your practice, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Dress in cozy layers — yin is not a heated practice, and warmth encourages relaxation.
