Event Description
A curated, high-impact workshop for ambitious mid-career professionals navigating responsibility, complexity, and sustained performance.
If you are performing well but feeling stretched thin, this workshop is for you.
At a certain stage of career, responsibility expands quietly. You are capable. Trusted. Relied on. You anticipate problems before they surface. You carry work that was never formally assigned but still lands with you. And the pressure you carry is largely invisible.
As leadership responsibility increases, so does complexity:
• Unspoken expectations
• Decision fatigue
• Role ambiguity
• Work that no one formally assigned but you carry anyway
At this stage of career, working harder eventually stops solving the problem.
This 2.5-hour workshop is designed for high-responsibility professionals and leaders who don’t need more productivity hacks. They need clearer thinking under pressure and a way to lead sustainably.
This is not a motivational seminar, a complaining session, or more leadership theory.
It is a structured, thoughtful recalibration space for high-performers needing to navigate real complexity without collapse, resentment or over-functioning.
You’ll leave with language, tools, and a concrete 30-day shift you can apply immediately.
This Workshop is Built For:
• Directors and senior managers
• Program and operations leaders
• Professional service leaders (law, finance, consulting)
• Healthcare and public sector leaders
• High-achievers managing teams
Strongest fit:
• 10 – 20 years into your career
• Carrying significant responsibility
• Highly competent and relied upon
• Often the emotional or operational stabilizer
• Managing invisible cognitive load no one else sees
Not designed for early-career leadership training or tactical management skills development.
By the end of the evening, you will leave with:
✔ A visual diagnostic of your current leadership capacity
✔ A mapped inventory of your invisible load (categorized and clarified)
✔ Greater clarity around where overextension is distorting performance
✔ One specific, observable 30-day leadership adjustment
✔ Practical language to recalibrate responsibility conversations
You will leave with clarity, structure, and a concrete shift to test.
What We’ll Work Through
1. Understanding Reactive Pressure vs. Intentional Leadership
You’ll identify for yourself where you are compensating, over-functioning, or leaking capacity. No expectation of public sharing or forced vulnerability.
2. The Capacity Triangle
Using a structured framework, you’ll assess:
• Where you are imbalanced
• How pressure distorts your leadership
• The behavior you default to under stress
You’ll identify where distortion is occurring and where recalibration is possible.
3. The Invisible Load Audit
You will map the responsibilities you carry that are:
• Structural
• Emotional
• Strategic
• Identity-driven
You’ll identify which one is quietly distorting your leadership most. Not all invisible load is problematic but unexamined load quietly erodes sustainability.
4. Recalibration in Action: The Pause → Clarify → Choose Model
A practical, field-ready reset for high-stakes moments:
• What pressure am I reacting to?
• What actually matters?
• What aligned move is available?
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use Monday morning:
• One 10% shift
• One 30-day experiment
• One clear success metric
This is not abstract insight. It’s applied calibration.
Why This Matters
Organizations increasingly depend on high-capacity leaders who quietly compensate for system strain.
But sustained compensation is not the same as sustainable leadership.
This evening is an opportunity to pause, assess, and recalibrate — alongside others operating at a similar level of responsibility.
Capacity is dynamic. It can be adjusted.
Format
• 2.5-hour structured workshop
• Small, curated group (limited seats to protect depth of conversation)
• Guided reflection + applied integration
• Light refreshments provided
This is a thinking space, not a networking event.

About the Facilitator
Vivienne Damatan is a Certified Executive Coach and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, the founder of Lead on Purpose Coaching and Consulting, a former tech executive, and a rare disease parent and advocate.
She works with high-capacity professionals navigating complexity - leaders who are competent, trusted, and carrying significant responsibility, often at pivotal mid-career stages.
Her approach is non-directive, systems-aware, and grounded in sustainable performance rather than productivity pressure.
Through 1:1 coaching and small-group work, she supports leaders in recalibrating how they carry responsibility so that ambition and sustainability can coexist.
Her work focuses on helping capable leaders pause, think clearly, and act in alignment under stress — moving from reactive performance to intentional leadership.
If You’re Deciding…
This is for you if:
• You don’t want to burn out but you also don’t want to scale back your ambition.
• You’re tired of being the emotional and operational stabilizer without language for the cost.
• You want clarity and a plan, not just catharsis.
• You value sharp thinking and grounded leadership.
Capacity is dynamic. Leadership under pressure is a skill.
If that resonates, you’ll feel at home here.
