Shift your focus and feels with this functional-based drink (Fizz's top-selling category). A tasty classic that's packed with adaptogens, nootropics and amino acids? Heck, yeah! 2. Ghia Apricot Sour: shaken with Ghia. See how a single ingredient transforms texture and body with this classic-style shaken sour. 3. NA Old Fashioned: made with Free Spirits Bourbon and Bark & Bitter bitters. Learn about aromatics + classic techniques like stirring, straining and expressing citrus oils over the glass. Every ingredient in a great cocktail is doing a job. Once you see that, you can build anything — and the new generation of functional NA ingredients opens up a whole new way of designing a drink around how you want to feel, not just how you want it to taste. A note on allergens / preferences: we'll use a caffeine-free version of Bonbuz Slow Burn (the usual contains caffeine). The sour traditionally uses egg white — we can build without. Bottles will be available for purchase on the night, so you can take home what you've concocted.
