Over 5 fun Saturdays, kids and parents get the chance to learn yoga. Families who try new things together build connection and add playfulness to their relationship. In this class, kids and parents practice side-by-side, each following their own flow while enjoying the supportive energy of practicing together. Expect a mix of movement, balance, breath, and relaxation designed to help kids build strength, confidence, and focus. Perfect fun, healthy activity to share. No experience needed.
