Join us in person for the Y Young Moms Program Friendraiser—fun, support, and new friends await! Join Us for the Y Young Moms Program Friend-Raiser! The YMCA-YWCA of Vancouver Island is working in your community to realize its vision of healthy people, strong communities. We would love to welcome our current Y community and any new community to come together for a fun movie friend-raiser on Sunday, March 29th. We chose to partner with Cinecenta, an amazing little gem of a cinema in our local community, for a showing of Inside Out 2, a family friendly movie highlighting the importance of our sometimes loud emotions for our well being and living our best selves. Join us at 12:30 pm to make sure you have your snacks and have an opportunity to learn about the many programs and services offered within the community, such as the Young Moms Program, a supportive housing program providing a fresh start for young parents and their children by offering counselling, group programming, resource support and advocacy.
