Kid Venture Day Camp Aug 4- 7
Back for its 2nd year, this day camp is a partnership between Central Saanich United Church and Camp Highlands (Highlands United Church) in North Vancouver.
With a high leader- child ratio children will have lots of time and opportunity to make friends, learn new skills and have fun in a safe, inclusive setting. This 4 day camp will include a variety of activities with a little something for everyone: games and out trips, arts (visual, performing, cooking) and lots of tasty, nutritious food with lunches and snacks provided.
A 'showcase' om the last day of camp will allow children the opportunity to share what they have done during the week with family and friends,
The all inclusive cost is $175.00, with a discounted rate of $150.00 for siblings. For those who find this amount a hardship, you are invited to pay the amount you feel you can faithfully afford, and there is a space on the registration form to indicate this.
The camp is for children entering Kindergarten through grade seven, but those in gr. 7 or 8 who wish to register will be invited to enjoy all the camp activities while also developing leadership skills as an L-I-T (Leader in Training)
