The reformer is a well-known piece of Pilates equipment, but did you know that there are other pieces of equipment besides the reformer?? Mixed Equipment Pilates will utilize the tower, arc, chair, and reformer. Each week will rotate using one or two of these pieces of equipment. During this 4-week series you will explore more of what Pilates has to offer. Each piece of equipment offers opportunity to deepen your practice by learning something new. In some moments you will feel more support, in others you will experience a new challenge. It is an opportunity to play with movement and explore and challenge your body in a new way.
