Event Description
When: April 19th, 11 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.!
š Where: BC Hobbie's Community Event Space, located between Purdy's Chocolates and Bali Kiss
Our friendly Professors, led by Professor Ironbark will happily assist with trades and answer any questions! Our professors and their Assistants that will be attending are listed below:
Professor Ironbark (Nigel) - The OG Pokemon Professor for BC Hobbies, well versed in collecting and trading. Knowledgeable about older cards and sets. Favourite Pokemon: Mewtwo & Mew
Professor Sandalwood (Satpal) - Knowledgeable about higher-end cards and various sets. Favourite Pokemon: Mew & Ditto
Professor Cedar (Spencer) - Avid Collector knowledgeable about Tournaments and deck building. Favourite Pokemon: Gengar & Charizard
š¤ Community Reminder:
We understand that PokƩmon cards are in high demand right now, and excitement around collecting is at an all-time high. With that in mind, we kindly ask everyone to please be mindful and considerate of the children during Trade Day.
Please help us keep the space positive, respectful, and stress-free for all participants
We ask that there be no disagreements or confrontations in the store or community event space
If any concerns arise, our staff is always happy to help. Do not hesitate to ask to speak with Dia regarding any misunderstandings or issues.
š„ Friendly Reminder (Trade Day Guidelines)š”:
To keep things fun and fair for our younger Trainers:
Cards bought for trading should be purchased or chosen with the child present and involved
Always ask before touching someone elseās cards, this includes removing cards from binders.
Trades should be fair, agreed upon by both trainers and guided by our Professors.
Parents/guardians are welcome to stay and join the fun!
Have fun and make new friends!
