Sentience of the Unearthed: a land-based, eco-somatic performance exploring body, land, and memory through movement, story, and ritual. Sentience Of the Unearthed Visible Bodies in collaboration with Vitor Frietas, brings you Sentience of the Unearthed. A mythopoetic expression of the spirits movement. Visible Bodies Collective is a multidisciplinary embodiment practice grounded within global Indigenous ways and knowing and being. This shared collective of knowledge keepers engages in training, creation, and performance with an emphasis on somatic processing and structured improvisation. Rooted in somatic practice, structured improvisation, and land-based dramaturgy, the collective engages dance as a powerful vehicle for cultural resurgence, healing, and social justice.
