Hello! We are South Island Sole. A Self- Identified BIPOC/ racialized human led run club! We run everv Tuesdav at 6pm! Bring a headlamp, some warmer clothes for the cooler evenings and running along Dallas Road. We are super chill with the pace, and I mean it. We run for 12 minutes the eat orange slices. Our 5k will typically take 45 minutes. We will walk, we will talk., This is to build community, not race one another. If you are looking for a brave space to exist, come exist, come connect and your safety will be advocated for!
