Xone Performance X The Stretch Space: Free Your Fascia And Breath Mechanics

A weekend built for real life movement: feel less tight, breathe better under challenge, and leave with tools you can repeat at home.
If you feel tight no matter how much you stretch, if you lose control at end range, or if your body always compensates in the same places, this weekend is for you.
Most people try to fix movement by forcing more flexibility or pushing harder in the gym. The problem is that stiffness and poor mechanics usually come from two things most programs ignore
1. How the body's connective tissues and fascia are behaving
2. How you breathe and regulate your nervous system when movement gets challenging
This two day weekend is built as one clear arc and is designed to create change you can actually feel. You can attend either day on its own, but doing both days is strongly recommended for the full transformation. It is not required.
DAY 1: Free Your Fascia
A Fascia & Nervous System Reset
This full-day workshop is designed to help you move with more ease, release built-up tension, and feel more grounded and connected in your body.
Led by experienced practitioners in fascia, movement, and breathwork, you'll be guided through a structured day that combines mobility work, nervous system regulation, and breath. You'll learn how to actively work with your body, and also how to step back and let it unwind. That balance between doing and getting out of the way is where meaningful change often happens.
This work also supports longevity. When your body moves well, adapts well, and recovers well, it becomes much easier to stay active and capable over the long term.
DAY 2: Breath Mechanics in Motion
Timing, Pressure, and Dynamic Action
This full-day workshop is designed to change how you move by changing how you breathe while you move.
Most people can breathe fine at rest. The moment movement gets challenging, they brace, hold their breath, or lose timing. That is when stiffness increases, sequencing gets messy, and the body starts compensating. This day is built to make breath a usable movement skill, not a relaxation practice you only do lying down.
Led by Sandro and the XONE Performance team in collaboration with Cian and Carolyn Dalton, you will learn how breath timing and pressure influence stability, tension, rhythm, and control during real movement. You will feel the difference in your body, then anchor it with measurable pre and post spirometry testing.
What makes this day different is that spirometry is built into the workshop as a structured, organized flow. Every participant completes a baseline test and a post-session retest so you leave with both a felt experience and an objective before-and-after anchor. This is performance education, not medical testing. No medical claims will be made.
We will also introduce a few simple principles from airflow and pressure physics, Boyle's law, Bernoulli's principle, and the Venturi effect, as practical language to explain why small changes in breathing strategy can create noticeable changes in movement outcomes.
What You'll Gain
• A practical understanding of how breath affects tension, stability, and coordination in motion
• Clear strategies for using breath during movement, exercise, and daily life
• A stronger sense of calm and control under challenge without bracing harder
• Better awareness of your own breathing habits and how they shape the way you move
• Pre and post spirometry results that help you see what changed, not just feel it
For people who exercise, perform, or simply want to move and feel better, this often translates into improved ease, better control, and more efficient movement.
Take It Home With You
You won't just experience the work, you'll learn it.
You'll leave with simple breath and movement routines you can use daily, choosing what fits your body best. The goal is to help you support yourself so the work continues well beyond the workshop.
What Makes This Day Different
Breathwork is often taught in stillness. This workshop is about learning how to use breath when movement gets real.
Day 2 includes pre and post spirometry testing for every participant, built into the day as a structured part of the experience. This gives you both a felt change and an objective before and after anchor. We will also use simple concepts like Boyle's law, Bernoulli's principle, and the Venturi effect as practical language to help explain why breathing strategy can change movement outcomes.
Who It's For
Open to all levels. No experience needed. This is for anyone who wants to move with more ease, feel more stable, and better understand how breathing affects the body during movement.
What to Bring
• Comfortable clothing you can move in
• Layers to stay warm
• Water bottle
• Journal or notepad (optional)
After the Workshop
You'll receive guidance for a simple home practice and a
7 day follow-on challenge to help integrate what you've learned.
