This is our first morning session of the summer at the Banfield Park dock - more to come!This class merges the grounding benefits of Hatha with the invigorating flow of Vinyasa for a balanced and uplifting class to start your day off right.Class size is limited to 8 people to ensure we don't take up too much space.
