Join us this spring for Garden Flow & Morning Joe, a relaxing 6-week yoga series in the WSCRCA Community Gardens. Start your Friday mornings with a refreshing yoga class followed by complimentary coffee and pastries. This welcoming outdoor program is designed for all levels (beginners encouraged), and is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy movement, nature, and community.
Program Details:
Fridays May 22 - June 26, 2026
Class #1: Flow Yoga (All Ages) 9:30 am - 10:30 am
A gentle outdoor flow designed to build flexibility, balance and strength
Class #2: Chair Yoga (55+/Seniors) 10:30 am - 11:30 am
A supportive and accessible yoga class using chairs for stability and comfort.
Costs:
WSCRCA Members: $50/participant
Non-Members: $75/participant
Registration Details:
Space is limited, registration deadline is May 21, 2026
Registration is for the full 6-week series and non-refundable
Please note, there are no washroom facilities available on site

Yoga Mat
Water Bottle
Comfortable outdoor clothing, hat, or sunscreen (optional)
Instructor Details:
Classes will be led by Ashley Camponi.
Ashley is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer who has been coaching since 2020. She has completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training with a specialization in trauma-informed practice, allowing her to support clients in a safe, thoughtful, and personalized way. Ashley works with a wide range of clients - from beginners rebuilding strength and mobility to experienced athletes looking to enhance performance. She is also a certified prenatal yoga instructor and is passionate about helping individuals feel confident and capable in their bodies at every stage of life. Outside of coaching, Ashley actively competes in Muay Thai and trains in powerlifting. When she's not in the gym, she enjoys running, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her German Shepherd.
Weather Policy:
This program takes place outdoors. If rain or severe weather occurs, the class may be cancelled the morning of the session. Participants will be notified by email prior to class if a cancellation is necessary. Cancelled classes will be rescheduled and participants will receive an email with the updated class information.
