This process applies to content on LampPost, including host promotional videos, photos, captions, and related User Content. Our broader rules for User Content appear in the Terms & Conditions.

Soft-hide tools (for example, user reports on host videos) are separate from this copyright process and may remove content from public discovery pending review.
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may email a counter-notice to jared@lamppostsocial.com including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, and your signature.
We may forward the counter-notice to the complaining party. If they do not notify us that they have filed an action seeking a court order, we may restore the material in our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
